After you've had an accident, you can apply with us to provide you an accident replacement vehicle, which is a car that you can use whilst your car is being repaired. It doesn't cost anything to you, and you can pick up your replacement car right where your car is being repaired.
After your car is repaired, we recover the cost of the accident replacement vehicle from the insurance company of the person who caused the accident. The cost of the hire car is at prevailing market rates which are specified in your rental car agreement.
After your is damaged, you are entitled to hire a replacement vehicle which is similar to the make, model and value of your damaged vehicle. We have a big fleet of small, large, commercial and prestige vehicles so we're sure to find you something you'll love!
